Terms and Conditions
Clear expectations for responsible use of the Cyber Tor website.
1. Scope of these terms
These draft terms describe responsible use of the Cyber Tor website, its information and inquiry forms. Cyber Tor’s legal entity and official address have not yet been confirmed. Any future product, pilot or commercial engagement may require a separate agreement.
2. Information, not individualized advice
Website material describes our mission, planned work and general digital-safety education. It is not individualized legal, technical, medical or safeguarding advice. Evaluate guidance for your circumstances and seek qualified support where needed.
AI-assisted guidance, where discussed, requires independent validation. Cyber Tor does not guarantee that general information will address every situation.
3. Product status and early access
Capabilities labelled “In development” or “Coming soon” are not confirmed available products. Descriptions are not promises of features, pricing, launch dates or release commitments.
An early-access or newsletter signup records interest only. It does not create an account, reserve a product, guarantee selection for a pilot or establish a paid subscription. No purchase or payment is collected through these forms.
4. Lawful and respectful use
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, misuse personal information, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorized access.
Educational security demonstrations must be limited to systems where you have explicit authorization and informed consent. Do not use educational material for intrusive monitoring or unauthorized testing.
5. Accuracy and safety of submissions
Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not submit another person’s private details without an appropriate basis. Do not include passwords, credentials, sensitive incident evidence or unnecessary personal data.
Inquiries are subject to validation and spam controls. A successful submission confirms storage of your message, not a guaranteed reply time or agreement to provide a service.
6. Website materials and intellectual property
Cyber Tor branding and website material may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, logos and referenced content remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Do not claim ownership of material you did not create, imply endorsement or reuse branding in a misleading way. Ask through the contact page about permission to reproduce material beyond what applicable law permits.
7. Privacy and cookies
Information submitted through the website is described in the Privacy Policy. The Cookie Policy describes the current tracking position. Both documents are drafts pending confirmation of the remaining legal and operational details.
8. External websites and recognition
External links are provided for reference. Cyber Tor does not control their content, availability or privacy practices. References to an organization, program or past recognition do not establish a current partnership or endorsement.
9. Availability and limitations
Website content may change, and access may be interrupted. No cybersecurity website, tool or educational resource can guarantee complete protection against digital risks.
Any legal exclusions of warranties or limitations of liability require review under applicable law. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Safety and security concerns
Cyber Tor is not an emergency response, incident recovery or safeguarding service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate safeguarding organization.
Use the Responsible Disclosure page for the current security-reporting boundaries. Do not begin testing without explicit written authorization.
11. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-handling procedure have not yet been selected or approved. These details must be added before final terms are adopted. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Updates and questions
These terms must be reviewed before launch and whenever website services change. An effective date will be added after approval. Contact Cyber Tor at info@cybersecurity.org.pk or through the contact page with questions about these draft terms or website permissions.
